Charlottesville Worship Collective

The Charlottesville Worship Collective (CWC) is a community of worship leaders and musicians from the various and diverse church congregations in Charlottesville and the surrounding counties. We aim to encourage and equip one another in the ministry of worship, first by growing in love and community with one another, second through prayer for one another and our city, and finally by providing intentional opportunities for filling and renewal. We also hope to serve our city together in tangible ways through the ministry of worship.

We live during a time of escalating fear, anxiety, anger and conflict. In contrast we, as followers of Jesus, are called to live as one body, with one Spirit, under one Lord, united in one baptism, with one God and Father over all. This is our true Christian identity, and we hope to make this visible through our life together.
